If you haven’t yet, please go ahead and join the HUMANs global cooperative network.
Then get oriented at Friday’s office hours. This week (Nov. 10) we’ll host them from 12-2 CST, and then will look at ways to meet a variety of schedules. At our regular web meeting.
The initial session will be open discussion about what each participant’s needs are in order to participate in Mutual Aid Networks as fully as you wish. We will schedule additional conversations for in-depth skillshares, topical discussions, software trainings, pilot site check-ins and brainstorms, etc. Please keep in touch about your needs in these areas.
And we have our new Board of Directors and Board officers, now that we’ve held our annual meeting and then Board Officer elections. Thanks to all who participated!
Last but definitely not least…
Calling all HUMANs (potential) personnel!
I’m calling all potential HUMAN (Humans United in Mutual Aid Networks) personnel to the virtual table to establish a work flow that is task based, lean, mean, fun and effective to move our stuff forward fast. We have the potential!!!
I’d like to hold a discussion online at our web meeting (below) on Monday Nov. 13 at 1pm CST for those available to make it. At that we’ll set up our online communications so we can update those who can’t and establish effective work flows for far-flung people.
We intend to compensate one another with HUMAN hours and any other forms of mutual credit or (expansively defined) monetary compensation we choose, as we’ll be applying all our HUMAN Economy tools to experiment with providing a basic human livelihood for each other while giving us all the opportunities to do what we want to with our lives.
Hope you can join us!
